Anthony C. de Bruyn

Capital Plan's President and CEO, Anthony C. de Bruyn, A.C.I.S. (London) is responsible for the firm's overall operation and administration. Mr. de Bruyn brings over forty years of experience and expertise in the financial industry to Capital Plan. He was associated with the largest and most successful Financial Services Company in South Africa. He immigrated to the United States in 1977 and founded his company one year later. He and his family became United States citizens in 1986.

Tony has been recognized by the insurance industry and professional organizations for his sales and product expertise, which has earned him a reputation for excellence in the delivery of insurance related products and services, both on a national and international scale. He has served on the Advisory Board for Insurance Companies in both the United States and the Republic of South Africa.

Tony is a founding member of Top of the Table, a member of Association for Advanced Life Underwriting ("AALU"), Dallas Estate Planning Council, National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors, a Registered Representative of M Holdings Securities, Inc., A Registered Broker/Dealer, Member FINRA/SIPC., and is active in all state and local industry associations. Tony has been a featured speaker at sales conventions throughout the world, including Hong Kong, London, Amsterdam, Rome, New York and Toronto. He has also spoken at industry, state and local professional organizations on substantive product issues.

Tony has also been active in civic affairs. He currently serves on the Presbyterian Hospital – Dallas Foundation, The Dallas Estate Planning Council and has served on the Board of the Dallas Opera. He is also a past chairman of Board of The Parish Episcopal School in Dallas and has been a member of the Vestry of his church. Tony is licensed to offer securities products in AR, FL, HI, IL, LA, NY, SD and TX.
